In the Windows software there is a feature to right-click that includes a SafeCopy menu to quickly Upload a file.  However on some computers there may be a conflict with other Explorer Shell extensions that causes Windows Explorer to hang when this feature is used.  To resolve the problem you can rename the SafeCopy file as described below:

RENAME:  C:/Program Files/safecopybackup/shellextension/shellextension.dll

TO:  C:/Program Files/safecopybackup/shellextension/shellextension.dll.old
