If you have a single computer that is shared by multiple people, the best to do this would to only install it on a single account that has admin permissions.  Then configure that single instance to backup the various users data folders using the Custom backup option.  SafeCopy will run as a service so the backup will work even if it not logged into that account.

If you install it on multiple user profiles it will cause it to crash.
