It it very helpful if your SafeCopy account matches your active email address. This way we can send you important system messages directly to your inbox such as notices of your account expiring or being over the storage limit.
If you want to change your SafeCopy account name to match a more current email address, simply complete a support request form. We will complete the change and send you an email confirmation. Once done, you will need to update your local software configuration in the account area.
